Colonial Marines starts with the boarding of abandoned ship U.S.S.Sulaco, which was recovered in orbit around LV-426 (the planet where James Cameron’s Aliens takes place). Unsurprisingly the game features a heck of a lot of scares and more Xenomorphs than you can plausibly count.

It’s going to be one intense, and tense, fright fest for players across the world, and with the ability to team up and play through with friends it’s set to be one of the greatest shooters around.

Aliens: Colonial Marines is being developed by Gearbox and published by Sega. It will release on PC, Xbox 360 and PS3 in Autumn 2012.

Today Tecmo Koei confirmed that the Collectors edition would be available in the UK too, however they haven’t announced a price for the edition, but it is currently planned to retail for $99.99 in the US.

Today Deep Silver and Piranha Bytes finally announced when we can expect this swashbuckling pirate RPG. For those in NA you’ll be exploring your way around Pirate filled islands from the 24th April 2012, for those in the EU, you can sail the seas from April 27th 2012.

It was announced that reigning UFC middleweight champion Anderson “The Spider”  Silva has been named the cover athlete for UFC Undisputed 3, the forthcoming installment in the critically acclaimed mixed martial arts (MMA) videogame franchise from the Ultimate Fighting Championship. The Brazilian-sensation Silva, who most recently defeated top contender Yushin Okami at UFC Rio in August to retain his middleweight championship, currently holds both the longest winning streak and longest title defense streak in UFC history.
