God Of War 3 Platinum Reveals Secret Site & Possible Next Game (Spoiler Warning)
Seriously for those who have NOT played or beat God Of War 3 yet DO NOT READ ON.
Alright. I mean it.
Well, if your still sticking around. That means you beat the game. Congrats. Some of you may have not yet seen the above image of the glorious yet underwhelming platinum trophy. But as you can see there is a website. www.spartansstandtall.com after you click it you see that its something that appears to be moving, water, clouds not quite sure and the medallion or crest in the top right. The symbol itself has appeared to be the Greek symbol for Spartan. Obviously, Kratos was a spartan. What this means as far as reveal? We can only guess. Here are some of my theories..
DLC- Kratos’ story was amazing. What about another spartan short story as DLC. Or content that shows him conquering before he was a God? Taking over villages and fighting mini boss battles like savage rulers and such. It would be cool to play as a mortal.
New Game- The obvious one would be since Zeus mentioned to Gaia that she should have chosen ‘the other one’, which is clearly NOT a reference to Hercules. It could mean that the OTHER spartan could yet still have a story to tell, or an alternate universe if Gaia had chosen the other Spartan.
Sequel- Every great developer of a long running series says, this will be the last game of the trilogy, series. GOWII devs said it was going to be the last one, then bam God Of War 3. Kojima has said it’s his last game ..HOW MANY TIMES? From the looks of the game overall, it was a test. There is more to be told from Kratos. Plus, he cant simply DISAPPEAR! Can he? (watch the after credits cutscene)
