Nintendo DS 2!!!
Satoru Iwata spoke for the very first time yesterday, about a successor to the DS. Saying that will feature Hi-spec graphics and motion sensing technology. Because everyone wants to see a grown man wiggle and waggle two rows up if front of you on a airplane flight. Iwata says that sales for the DSi last year have been the best that is has ever been for Nintendo, pushing them to start making the DS 2.
Much speculation has been surrounding the subject of a new Nintendo handheld over the recent months, but one rumor may have more truth than it to than the rest of them. The rumor that NVIDIA’s Tegra Technology maybe powering the graphics for the next Nintendo portable game system. And giving Iwata’s recent statement on the matter of graphics for the DS2, this rumor has just been given some added weight.
Nintendo will be celebrating the sixth birthday, this year, for the DS. It has gone through many redesigns throughout its long-lasting lifespan.
I’m sure we are all hopeful that Nintendo will reveal the DS2 at this year’s E3.
